Returns and Refunds Policy

At Old’s Cool® we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds work in accordance with UK law.

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving your item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You then have a further fourteen days to return the item. To be eligible for a refund under cancellation rights, items must be returned in a resaleable condition, unused, and in their original packaging where possible. You must take reasonable care of the goods. We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled more than necessary.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within thirty days of receiving the item. In these circumstances, you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery costs.

Refunds are processed within fourteen days of receiving your return and will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds cover the cost of the item and standard delivery costs for cancelled orders.

If you are cancelling under your fourteen-day right, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.

We cannot accept returns for items made to order or personalised, sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened, or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order if required.
