Shipping Policy

Old’s Cool® ships products within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations as indicated on our website. Orders are processed and dispatched once payment has been received and confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method chosen, and product availability. For UK orders, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Express options may be available at checkout. For international orders, delivery times will depend on the destination country and the shipping service selected.

Old's Cool® produces products on demand in partnership with our fulfilment partner. Please allow 3–7 working days for production before dispatch, in addition to the delivery times below.

All shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail for UK deliveries and internationally recognised carriers for overseas shipments. Tracking information will be provided when available, and you are encouraged to use it to monitor the progress of your order.

While we take care to package products securely, Old’s Cool® cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at [enquiries@olds-cool.co.uk](mailto:enquiries@olds-cool.co.uk) if there are any issues.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes in certain locations, and some large or fragile items may require alternative delivery arrangements. These will be communicated at the time of purchase if applicable.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or refusal of delivery, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the package.
