Given away at participating Texaco petrol stations, these colourful caricature cards captured some of the greatest names in world cricket during one of the sport's most exciting eras. Long before modern trading cards and premium collectibles, these free promotions became treasured possessions for thousands of children across the UK.
The set features twelve international cricket legends including Ian Botham, Viv Richards, David Gower, Imran Khan, Clive Lloyd, Dennis Lillee, Richard Hadlee, Kapil Dev, Allan Border, Joel Garner, Sunil Gavaskar and Javed Miandad.
